Job Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and creative Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at AirAsia MOVE. You'll play a key role in elevating our brand image, driving user engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and a knack for creating compelling content.

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Execution:

  • Assist in the development and execution of AirAsia MOVE's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.

  • Support market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform brand decisions.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Contribute to the production of engaging video content, particularly in User-Generated Content (UGC) formats, for social media platforms and advertising campaigns.

  • Assist in the creation, curation, and optimization of brand assets, including photography, graphics, and copywriting.

  • Help manage and maintain AirAsia MOVE's brand presence across both digital and offline channels.

Brand Activation & Partnerships:

  • Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and partnerships, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with brand objectives.

  • Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers and partners to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Contribute to the development of co-branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and customer service to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.

  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams on the creation of marketing materials, communications, and product development in line with brand objectives.

  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure the execution of impactful marketing initiatives.

Brand Monitoring & Analysis:

  • Assist in monitoring brand performance and tracking key metrics such as brand awareness, engagement, and sentiment.

  • Support the analysis of data and insights to identify areas for improvement and refine brand strategies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices to support continuous improvement in brand marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the travel or technology industry.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content creation.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.

  • Proficient in video editing and content creation tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) marketing.

  • Familiarity with the ASEAN travel market.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Language skills in Mandarin (Read & Write) is a plus.
