Job Summary:
Position plays an important role in the IT business division by providing technical solution advise and support to the frontline business team. You will work closely with internal team and customers to understand the project needs and propose suitable solutions in area os systems, networks, security or any respective area.
Your responsibilities will include: solution mapping & qualifying, coordinate product demonstrations, study and preparing technical proposals, and addressing customer queries regarding our products and services.
As well as educating internal team on new upcoming technologies solution offer in latest market. You will collaborate with the business team together with principal partners to develop effective business strategies and contribute to achieving project objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalent
- Experience in a network, system, technical sales or presales role within the IT industry
- Strong understanding and interest in area of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, IOT, Cybersecurity and cloud computing technologies
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and incorporate the requirement into technical solutions
- Experience with solution preaching and crafting tailored proposals to meet customer needs
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Possess skills for managing prospect engagements and knowledge sharing effectively
- Relevant certification is a plus
- Minimum 2-4 years working experience in IT or other technology field
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business team to understand customer requirements, perform case study and propose appropriate IT solutions.
- Conduct solution solution mapping, deliverable information and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services
- Prepare technical proposals, including solution designs, bill of material, and implementation plans
- Perform internal technological skill transfer to internal technical support team for latest IT solutions available.
- Work closely with product development and technical teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities
- Assist in the responding to solution design aspect of RFP (Request for Proposal)
- Play the role as technical advisor to the internal business and technical team.
- Work closely with product partner by stay updated on latest industry trends, technologies offerings to effectively position our solutions in the market.
Working Hour:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
