Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
  • Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Review and process reimbursements
  • Prepare WHT documents
  • Update internal records and maintain an organized file system
  • Communicating with Internal Stakeholders
  • Managing deadlines

Job Requirements :

  • At least have degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Have 1 to 2 years of experience in financial operations or finance admin roles.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
