Job Responsibilities:
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Prepare WHT documents
- Update internal records and maintain an organized file system
- Communicating with Internal Stakeholders
- Managing deadlines
Job Requirements :
- At least have degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Have 1 to 2 years of experience in financial operations or finance admin roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively across departments.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving issues.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
