Job Description:
Pre Contract
- Prepare quantity take off for tender.
- Prepare and analyse costing and cost simulation for tender.
- Presentation and price negotiation with client.
- Review of letter award and contract document upon award of contract.
Post Contract
- Accountable for post contract management such as draft and award of subcontracts, progress claims, variation order, final accounts preparation and certification.
- Assist in production matters related to QS and contractual issues.
- Providing support and advice on contractual claims or dispute.
- Create, prepare, review and edit all letter of award and contracts documents.
- Ensure that department documents are in proper manner and well maintained.
- Ensure that process flow is in compliance with SOP.
- Meet and maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide guidance to subordinate as and when required.
- Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Auto Count software.
- Experience in precast construction will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
