Position: HR Shared Services Specialist - APAC

Company Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Services)

Working Location: Menara Tan & Tan, Jln Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8 A.M. - 5 P.M.)

Working duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY

Salary: RM3,500 with statutory contribution and leave entitlement

ROLE SUMMARY:

Provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Understands concepts, methods, procedures and approaches.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma
  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR support or an administrative or client services role
  • Customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via a Global HR Center.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Teams, Word, Outlook, Access, Excel
  • Familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs
  • Knowledge of Workday system and understanding of the onboarding process will be an added advantage
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills.
