  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with maintaining and monitoring the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Help with the setup and management of network systems, including Wi-Fi and wired network configurations.
  • Ensure that all equipment and software are up to date and properly functioning.
  • Help implement data backup solutions and ensure regular backups are completed and stored securely.
  • Support the maintenance of IT security systems, including antivirus software and firewall configurations.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, software migrations, and IT infrastructure improvements.
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies, IT systems, and best practices.
  • Attend training sessions or certifications to enhance your technical expertise.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Well communication skills in Mandarin and English.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and hardware components.
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Experience with helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues is a plus.
  • Knowledge of common operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts.
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
