Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the support operations of Sales & Marketing department and provide administrative support.
2. Monitor End-Financing (EF) line status and compiling administrative paper works for bank EF reviews process.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with all related stakeholders i.e: lawyers, bankers, and purchasers as well as in managing the financing application process.
4. Prepare weekly and monthly relevant management reports for monitoring on sales conversion performance.
5. Detail update on Master list to ensure all sales application form and all related documents are completed and tracking of sales conversion are within stipulated timeframe.
6. Attend promptly on reconciliation matter or discrepancies raised by Account department.
7. To coordinate preparation and signing of documentation including liaison with purchasers, solicitors and bankers.
8. Assist in reviewing and verifying information in documentations to ensure that information such as details of property and selling price in agreements are accurate for signing.
9. Follow-up for timely return of stamped agreements & coordinate with sales personnel for dispatch to purchasers.
10. Any other duties assigned by superior/HOD from time to time.
Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or relevant working experience.
2. At least 2 years' experience in sales administration in property development.
3. Good command in written and spoken in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Computer literate and knowledge in property related system.
6. Self-motivated, independent, hardworking and positive working attitude and able to work in team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
