Roles And Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for inspection activities and process.

2. Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and dimensional inspection; rejecting unacceptable materials.

3. To prepare all dimensional report for management approval and Daily Quality Issue to management.

4. To ensure all parts are inspected using the right method and in accordance with established standards / instructions to meet customer's requirements.

5. Lead all QA Inspectors on the inspection activities to cater the production planning and deliveries.

6. Assist in external and internal audits by maintaining audit records and ensuring the smooth of audit process.

7. To attend to customer on technical measurement when required.

8. To co-ordinate with others on effectiveness of measurement method.

9. To develop and improve on the effectiveness of measurement method.

10. To ensure all instrument and tools are calibrated and safe to use.

11. To maintain cleanliness of the instrument and tools used.

12. Maintains a safe and clean work environment by following guidelines and procedures, and complying with all applicable regulations.

13. Responsible to adhere to the internal procedures, standards as well as legal regulations at all time.

14. All other responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements :-

  • Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Engineering.
  • Preferably 1 ~ 3 years working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of common inspection measuring equipment including vernier calipers, micrometers, dial indictors and etc will be added advantage.
