Job Responsibilities

Responsible for market penetration and development of regional markets, exploring for new customers and consultants’ resources.

Responsible for customer management, distribution channel, customer satisfaction survey and to penetrate more distribution channels.

Involve in promoting and selling all company’s products and shall not limit to AHU, Chillers, VRF and others product range in the company.

Formulate and implement strategic plan according to Company’s strategy and to achieve sales target as required.

Risk measurement for all sales orders and to ensure smooth payment from customers.

Keep track and monitor closely on customers delivery, ensure on-time delivery with high quality products.

Involve in exhibition activities as required, organise product training to customers and distributors.

Collection of sales data and reporting sales information.

Task assigned by Superior from time to time.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

At least 5 years working experience in the HVAC manufacturing field.

Independent, hardworking, and with self-initiative.

Strong team player, actively interacts and communicates with team members and factory.

Strong market analysis with solid ground of HVAC business trend, sound interpersonal skills in problem solving.

Multilingual skills in speaking or writing in Bahasa, Mandarin and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experienced in client sourcing, good rapport with consultants will be an advantage.

Ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical drawing, procedures, and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC Manufacturing: 5 years (Preferred)
• HVAC sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Mandarin (Preferred)
