We are looking for candidates who are proactive, organized, and IT-savvy to handle essential systems, databases, and technical tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain credentials, and act as a liaison for technical issues.

Job Purpose:

1. Highly proactive in collecting customer databases, demonstrating creativity in acquiring and managing the data effectively for marketing purposes.

2. Oversee and maintain systems, databases, and websites with basic backend support.

3. Ensure all company credentials are kept organized and accessible.

4. Comply with the laws regarding customer data protection.

5. Log in and monitor all required systems and websites daily.

6. Act as the key liaison to contact external support teams for technical issues.

7. Support sales & marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Database Management: Update and maintain databases manually using Excel and store in Google Drive.

Organize and filter data using Excel for operational needs. Collect and manage event/mart-based data (e.g., in-house or external events).

2. System & Website Maintenance (Basic Level): Log in daily and monitor all company systems and websites. Perform basic backend updates on WordPress and Easystore, such as product availability, content, and promotions. (Note: Platforms already provide backend templates.) Ensure all company systems (domains, hosting services) are functional and up to date.

3. Credential & Access Management: Maintain and organize all company credentials (logins, passwords) securely and ensure easy access for authorized personnel. Manage logins and perform daily checks on essential websites and systems.

4. Liaison for Technical Support: Act as the key contact person for external technical support teams (e.g., Weniaga, Tishas, Brevo). Report and follow up on unresolved system or website errors to minimize disruptions.

5. General IT Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting for systems or websites (e.g., login errors, simple content updates).l Keep track of software updates and ensure smooth operations.

6. Sales & Marketing Support: Update scorecards, assist in promotions, and maintain daily sales data in Excel. Coordinate monthly marketing activities and ensure materials are distributed via WhatsApp/email.

7. Customer Support & Event Management: Assist with customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints. Support event-related logistics, including stock management, cashier operations, and customer engagement.

Education Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. IT-savvy with a basic understanding of system and website maintenance.

3. Experience managing databases (Excel) and digital storage (Google Drive) or any other system.

Skills Required:

1. Technical & IT Skills (Basic):

Ability to update content in WordPress and Easystore using provided backend templates. Basic troubleshooting for systems, websites, and logins. Securely organize and manage company credentials.

2. Database Management:

Proficient in manual data updates using Excel and Google Drive.

Knowledge in using system and automization for database would be an added advantage.

3. Organizational Skills:

Ensure timely daily logins to monitor all essential websites and systems.

Maintain updated access logs and credentials.

4. Communication Skills:

Act as a liaison with external technical support teams for unsolvable errors. Support sales & marketing activities.

5. Detail-Oriented:

Maintain accurate records, credentials, and data with a focus on organization.

Attitude Required:

1. Dedicated.

2. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

3. Comfortable with basic IT tasks and daily system logins.

4. Reliable and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

5. Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to escalate technical issues promptly.

Additional Notes:

1. Must work in Nilai Impian, Negeri Sembilan. (Work From Office)

2. Possess valid driving license and own transportation.

3. Ability to work during events or extra hours when needed.

4. Able to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
