Responsibilities:
• Manages full stream of schoolwide marketing campaigns from strategic planning to tactical activities and focuses on achieving corporate objectives in their products and services
• Develops and implements a comprehensive marketing plan to drive awareness and close applications, with activities covering both online and offline channels
• Stays current on market trends, industry standards, and competitors. Adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners in pursuit of new opportunities to realize business potentials
• Prepares periodic sales reports in sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
• Develops effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share
• Develops directs market channel activities and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
• Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programmes, quotes and plans to determine their effectiveness
• Ensures each recruitment and admissions process is streamlined for positive customer experience
• Continuously monitors and manages the department's budget in line with the ROI requirements
• Supervises a team of sales and recruitment staff to ensure high performance and achieve objectives and KPIs Requirements:
• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, and Arts, Social Science or other related creative discipline required. Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Education Industry, particularly in International School will be an added advantage.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is an advantage. Persuasive communication and excellent presentation skills
• Abilities to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
• Self-motivated with a positive '˜can do' attitude, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Abilities to provide efficient, timely and reliable customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in managing and directing a Sales team
• Willing to travel and work overtime
• Comprehensive IT skills including online marketing packages; advanced PowerPoint and Excel as well as Newsweaver
