Job Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. This role involves interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Customer Support:
    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (phone, email, chat).
    • Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
    • Resolve customer issues and problems efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build strong relationships with customers.
    • Identify customer needs and preferences.
    • Provide personalized customer service.
  • Data Entry and Management:
    • Maintain accurate customer records.
    • Update customer information in the CRM system.
    • Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least an SPM.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle rejections.
  • Persuasive communication style.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
