Working Location: Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) KS/12,42920 Pulau Indah, Selangor Working hours: 0730 - 1630 or 0830 - 1730 ( Mon-Fri) – flexible working hours Working Duration: 1 year (renewable) Salary: RM3,500 to RM3,800 (negotiable based on working experience & skills) + OT Job Summary: The Tooling Coordinator III will be responsible to maintain, coordinate, update records, visual inspection, and coordinate shipping to the tooling of warehouse. Tooling Coordinator III will update the company databases as appropriate ensuring accurate materials and tooling status. Tooling Coordinator III will utilize their experience and expertise to train and mentor new Tooling Coordinator II’s. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Track tooling and calibration work orders that are open and need to be processed. · Track shipments that have been sent to customers/ Field Service Representatives to use in repairing customer parts as well as tools that are being retuned for calibration and update them in ETM system. · Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed. · Update records of tools that have been calibrated or need calibration. · Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure that each kit has the proper quantity and tools needed. · When new tools are purchased they are added to database. · Assist in training and mentoring new Tooling Coordinators as applicable · Coordinate and package all supplies that will be needed by the outages. · Monitor each kit before shipping to make sure there is a kit template and a calibration certificate enclosed. · As stock are depleted issue purchase orders to vendors to order parts and maintain inventory of tools and supplies. · Maintain warranty records for parts. Request manufacture/vendor to replace parts that wear out within the warranty period. · Coordinate the shipping of parts working with the Service Managers to ensure on time delivery of kits when needed as well as coordinating the ship of kits that need to be repaired coming from the sites. · Do visual inspection of specialized kits that come from the sites to determine that everything is there and replace parts as necessary. · Follow and update the Field Service Tooling procedures to make sure compliance is always met. · Submit billing reports. · Maintain housekeeping of Warehouse to meet EHS standards. · Meet or exceed customer requested delivery date for kit as noted on work order provided by Services Manager or Supervisors. · Maintenance records for kits that have been processed. · Create and manage purchase orders for replacement parts for kits. · Stocking of tools and kit parts to ensure availability of parts per each sites specific requirement as outlined in specification sheets. · Forklift experience (skills test administered if applicable) · Ensuring that kits are delivered on time with no quality (missing parts or non-working parts) issues once delivered. · Monitor tooling forecast and fulfilment plan and daily review Tooling dashboard. · Monitor and make sure all tooling KPIs are met as per business guidelines. · Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications & Experience: · Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree · 2-3 years of experience in a tooling-related role / logistics planning and execution experience · Must have technical knowledge in Mechanical or Electrical. · Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals · Proficient in basic computer literacy and working experience of SAP · Must be knowledgeable with DOT regulations.
