Position: Client Engagement Executive
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: Full-Time

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Client Engagement Executive, who will be working closely with the Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Coordination
- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Manage client communications, including scheduling meetings, following up on requests, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Coordinate training schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and trainer availability.
- Support the operations team in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
2. Administrative Support
- Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in drafting correspondence and managing confidential documents.
3. Operational Support
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
- Monitor timelines and deadlines for client projects and ensure deliverables are met.
- Help maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems and project management systems.
4. Business Development Support
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and propose enhancements to engagement processes.
- Support the MD in developing strategies to enhance client relationships and business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently.
