Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist the medical team with basic clinical tasks, such as preparing examination rooms and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.
