Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist the medical team with basic clinical tasks, such as preparing examination rooms and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock levels of clinic supplies.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM ; additional healthcare or administrative qualifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in [relevant language(s)] and basic computer skills (MS Office, clinic management software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
