DESIGNATION : Assistant Store Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Store Supervisor in providing hands-on supervision and leadership to staff and volunteers.
- Ensure daily store operations run smoothly, maintaining a high standard of service and presentation.
- Support the Supervisor in managing and organizing stock for optimal sales performance.
- Assist in stock display and rotation to maintain a fresh and appealing store layout.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment for staff and volunteers.
- Provide guidance and encouragement to ensure adherence to Red Shield Industries procedures.
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports for senior management in the absence or support of the Supervisor.
- Help ensure staff and store security during operational hours.
- Assist in the implementation of approved policies and procedures to safeguard the store.
- Collaborate with the Store Supervisor to develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies.
- Coordinate promotions and source potential dealers to enhance store inventory and operations.
- Manage and update the store's social media presence, including creating content and running updates on Facebook platforms and E-commerce platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum qualification of SPM level.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Duty Hours
Monday to Saturday : 07:30 am to 04:00 pm (inclusive of a 1-hour break)
