1) Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, understanding customers' needs and wants
2) Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
3) Maintain a fully stocked store that is sufficient for daily sales and ensure stock quantity tallies with inventory system
4) Able to accurately explain product features and benefits to consumers
5) Recommend and display items that matches customers' needs
6) Welcome and greet customers warmly
7) Manage POS system
8) Actively involved in the receiving of new products and orders
9) Maintain retail shop cleanliness and ensure product placement in the store is displayed according to Company's standards
10) Always punctual to the working hours
REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY:
1) Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia
2) Excellent communication skills
3) Polite, honest and well mannered working attitude
4) Hardworking, able to work in a team and multi-task
5) Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
6) Possess own transport
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM6.00 - RM7.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
