1.1 General
- Assist Production Planning Executive to establish proper monitoring and tracking system on all movement of WIP and Finished Goods.
- Assist Production Planning Executive to plan out the projected shipment & expediting list for all the customers on the current status & next requirements on the weekly basis.
- Assist in planning out the manpower requirement and closely monitor their performance.
- Need to update daily output record of machine and verify the output records from each department and also ensure the target quality versus actual produced are correct.
- Maintain goods recording system on the movement of WIP and FG.
- Highly motivated and indepent in handling daily task.
- Ensure WIP and FG are placed at the most suitable area or location at all the time.
- Highly maintain housekeeping at all the area.
- To ensure that the correct goods are delivered in accordance to the customer purchase order.
- To handle daily shipment including transport arrangement.
- To coordinate in custom reporting with refer to customer base
- Logistic Personnel must receive the items at the customer outgoing area or at the finishing outgoing area and check the items/product to ensure the quantity is in correct and the product is visibly in good condition.
- Logistic Personnel must make sure that the consignee’s chop, sign on D/O and returns back to us during delivery process.
- Must make sure that the product awaiting shipment has been properly labeled and packed, then issue D/O.
- To ensure all report submit on time
- In the case of arranging for external transportation, must raise PR and liaise with Purchasing Department
- To ensure compliant to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- To comply Company 5S Implementation.
- To carry out any other duties delegated to you from your superior or the Management from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
