Main purpose
- To manage individual pipeline to meet annual targets/budgets.
- To adopt process applications and risk-based thinking in pipeline management.
- To serve as the effective liaison between the school and Korean parents, assisting parents as needed.
- To always maintain and uphold high quality customer services.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Lead and student recruitments
- Assist the M&A Manager to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to create prospects for the school.
- Explore sales / new market catchment opportunities to generate new leads/applicants to meet enrolment target through campus campaigns/activities, outreach programmes (feeder schools/kindergarten), partnerships such as international recruitment agencies, corporate companies, developers, and others.
- Support the M&A Manager on various marketing activities which include school visits/exhibition, Open Day/Info Weeks, mall roadshow, outreach programmes and other marketing events and activities.
- Assist in Market intelligence – Competitors analysis and other research-based reports.
- Assist the M&A Manager to monitor the enrolment pipeline progress to ensure the admission team can convert and meet the enrolment targets.
- Ensure all leads are follow up and manage individual pipeline target enrolments.
2. Admission – Leads to Enrolment Conversions
- Responsible on monitoring daily leads pipelines received from different marketing channels – offline + online.
- Provide counselling and guidance on admissions requirements to prospective parents/students.
- To ensure pipeline management complies to the CRM KPI and compliances.
- To ensure related enquiries information and updated marketing activities/events are precisely keyed into Marketing Module/ CRM daily.
- To support the M&A Manager on all admission team – weekly / monthly admission pipeline to ensure target enrolment conversions are met.
- Responsible for all correspondence inquiries, advice on enrolment and provide support to parents/students throughout the enrolment process.
- Ensure that excellent and timely customer service is always provided to students, parents, and other stakeholders in line with the school’s procedure and vision. To call new opportunities assigned daily.
- To actively identify, acquire, and develop new sales opportunities and to convert the unconverted leads into opportunities.
- To maintain consistent contact with prospective students throughout the enrolment process and, achieve defined sales objectives/target.
- Outstanding communication and relationships with internal (within school) and external stakeholders (feeder markets) are established and maintained.
- Ensure relevant policy, procedure and guidelines governing the Admissions Department are in place.
- To assist and invigilate assessment tests for prospective students. These include arranging for the marking and safekeeping of the test papers, to inform parents on the results and to conduct follow-up until registration/enrolment.
3. Marketing Strategies and Planning – Campus
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected businesses; establishing target market share.
- Conduct surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with academics on marketing supports to generate brand awareness of the school.
- Support the Central Marketing team on content planning and management for all medias and Below-The-Line (BTL) materials (brochures, posters, flyers etc).
4. Exhibitions and Event Management
- Strategies and plan effective events and initiative to drive new leads and enrolment for each intake.
- Coordinate with both Central marketing team on all marketing collaterals supports / digital performance campaign to drive awareness and leads to the events/exhibition/initiatives.
- Work with Academics on showcasing the schools’ curriculum/facilities to parents / students.
- Work with campus social media personnel/team on organic campaigns to drive awareness for the events/exhibition/initiatives.
- Represent and promote the Company at event launches, trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Conduct GAP analysis for every event with DMA/CP/Central Marketing Team on how to improve and optimised the next events/exhibitions/initiatives.
- To be involved in other ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by the Company.
5. Liaison for the parents in the Korean community.
- Support the academic team in communications and meetings with parents.
- Assist parents with through the admissions process.
- Maintain an open line of communication with the parents
- Support the resolution of any parental complaints/concerns
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
