Location: Kampung Sungai Rengit, Pengerang, Johor

Job Scopes:

  • Manage sales booking, agreement, purchase orders and reports.
  • Support manager for renewal of working certification, permits and licenses.
  • Assist the team for administration purpose.
  • Monitor and process Employee monthly OT, Millage claim.
  • Manage domestic travel, conference and meeting booking.•
  • Manage Engineer and Technician training schedule.
  • Monitor employee permit to work, qualifications, medical and renew of offshore smart card.
  • In-charge of company asset movement, renewal and dispose.
  • Monitor and renew Office upkeep of premises, equipment, licences, plant & machinery.
  • Maintain office refreshment, utilities, stationery and upkeep supply.
  • Prepare document COG, DO, packing list, Labelling and etc for delivery.
  • Process and filling document of Purchase requisitions, Petty cash, Capex, Opex, Quotations and Purchase order.
  • Monitor Jobs purchase budget summary according to Quotations.
  • Process Billing summary calculations for approval once job done.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with Administration experience
  • Detail oriented and Organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
