Job Scopes:
- Manage sales booking, agreement, purchase orders and reports.
- Support manager for renewal of working certification, permits and licenses.
- Assist the team for administration purpose.
- Monitor and process Employee monthly OT, Millage claim.
- Manage domestic travel, conference and meeting booking.•
- Manage Engineer and Technician training schedule.
- Monitor employee permit to work, qualifications, medical and renew of offshore smart card.
- In-charge of company asset movement, renewal and dispose.
- Monitor and renew Office upkeep of premises, equipment, licences, plant & machinery.
- Maintain office refreshment, utilities, stationery and upkeep supply.
- Prepare document COG, DO, packing list, Labelling and etc for delivery.
- Process and filling document of Purchase requisitions, Petty cash, Capex, Opex, Quotations and Purchase order.
- Monitor Jobs purchase budget summary according to Quotations.
- Process Billing summary calculations for approval once job done.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with Administration experience
- Detail oriented and Organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
