-Perform a variety of payroll processing activities including checking employees daily attendance, allowances and overtime payments; calculating and recording payroll deductions; processing advanced payments; processing new hires and terminations
-Monitor and process staff movement such as probation, confirmation, transfer, resignation, etc
-Keep track of employee records such as leave, etc
-Ensure timely submission of statutory remittance such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB
-Liase with outlet Supervisor and supervise on employees’ discipline and performance to ensure compliance of company regulations and code of conduct
-To update and maintain employee files and proper filing system
-Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Possess good communication skills and language proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must have high level of confidentiality
- Ability to perform multi-tasks, proactive, fast learner and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess positive mindset, with pleasant personality, eager to learn and attention to detail
