The Operations Admin Executive plays a key role in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of daily operations. As the primary point of contact, this individual will coordinate various tasks, optimize processes, uphold ISO standards, and provide vital support to the team in achieving overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between departments, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication across teams.
  • Project Management: Assist in coordinating and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and successful achievement of objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the availability of office supplies.
  • Budgeting and Inventory: Support budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and manage inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues swiftly to ensure the continuous and smooth flow of operations.
  • ISO Compliance: Ensure all operational processes align with ISO standards, facilitate regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance, and assist in drafting or updating procedures as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational activities, project progress, and performance metrics to support decision-making and track business performance.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in administrative or operational roles.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of ISO standards and requirements.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Skilled at handling feedback and maintaining a collaborative environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic work setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
