Objective / Purpose of the Job
Supporting the day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, performance management, and policy implementation.
Key Activities / Accountabilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Prepare job descriptions, post job vacancies, and manage applicant tracking systems.
3. Conduct background checks and verify references for potential hires.
- Employee Onboarding:
4. Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires are introduced to company policies, culture, and job responsibilities.
5. Organize orientation programs and ensure new employees are equipped with necessary tools and resources.
- HR Policy Implementation:
6. Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
7. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.
8. Monitor and update HR policies as needed.
- Employee Relations:
9. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
10. Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary actions when required.
11. Foster a positive work culture by promoting employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:
12. Support the payroll process by coordinating attendance, leaves, and other inputs.
13. Assist in managing employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
14. Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and deductions.
- Performance Management:
15. Assist in conducting performance appraisals and evaluations.
16. Track employee performance and support managers in identifying training needs.
17. Help in the development of career growth and training programs.
- HR Analytics & Reporting:
18. Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
19. Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as headcount, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction.
20. Analyze data to support HR decision-making and improvements.
21. Perform any other duties and ad-hoc assignments given by management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
