Job Summary
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by coordinating sales-related activities and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in generating leads and expanding the customer base
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review
- Support account management activities to maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes and techniques
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate insights for improving performance
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively within a team
- Knowledge of technical sales or territory sales is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
