At BookDoc, you will play a vital role within our product team, contributing to the design and development of top-notch applications.
Collaboration with fellow engineers and team members will be essential as we strive to create remarkable, mission-critical software applications that our customers can rely on for reliability and performance.
- Collaborate directly with the leadership team to contribute to strategy and goal-setting initiatives.
- Execute UX design tasks, including requirement analysis, user research, user flow creation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Execute UI design tasks, such as developing concepts, creating drafts, and producing user interface mock-ups.
- Plan and create innovative interface designs, optimizing existing UI/UX designs as necessary.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure the seamless integration of graphic and interface elements, as well as achieve exceptional conceptual and visual outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years of professional working experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- A professional portfolio and/or list of projects is required for all applicants.
- Strong ability to analyze UI/UX designs and discern their strengths and weaknesses.
- Ability to discuss UI/UX concepts such as typography, color theory, information architecture, and ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in executing end-to-end design work throughout the product design and development process.
- Capability to develop technical or business requirements and deliver intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the patience and flexibility to iterate with stakeholders and achieve world-class designs.
- Keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative and critical thinking skills.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, or equivalent software.
- Experience in other design-oriented areas such as graphic design, animation, video, etc.
- Familiarity with product management principles.
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
Please note that we have openings for junior, associate, and senior positions. While we prefer applicants who possess most of the required skills, we also welcome those who can demonstrate equivalent experience for the role.
