· Preparation and compilation of confidential correspondence, minutes of meeting and business report.
· Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, travel plan, flight booking and hotel accommodation.
· Organize and maintain files and records.
· Select & arrange interview with potential candidates.
· Monitor staff compensation & benefits.
· Monitor staff attendance.
· Follow-up on action items and coordinate with head of departments.
· Able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and client.
· Any other task as and when assigned by the GM/ Director’s.
