Job Descriptions:-

1. Responsible for full spectrum of Talent Acquisition function, including job posting and candidate sourcing.

2. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

3. Ensure all IT, workspace, and necessary tools are arranged for new employees prior to their start date.

4. Responsible in preparing all HR-related letters and updating employee.

5. Coordinate in training-related matters.

6. Administrate company insurance and processing of claim.

7. Handles disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute in compliance with

company policies and government regulations when necessary.

8. Responsible for employee engagement activities by organizing events for the company.

9. Assist in staff claims and welfare checking as well as verification.

10. Ensure all documents are properly filed.

11. To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

2. At least 2 years of working experience in HR generalist role.

3. A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently or in a team.

4. Strong organizational skills.

5. Knowledge in Employment Act is preferable.

6. Able to work in Subang Jaya.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
