Job Responsibilities:- Oversee the operations of assigned branches to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide strategic leadership and effective management for all direct reports.
- Guide Branch Managers in achieving annual, quarterly, and monthly company goals.
- Manage sales targets, including monitoring and executing marketing programs.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Conduct weekly branch visits with Branch Managers to ensure adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards across all departments; monitor food product quality and complete necessary departmental reports.
- Oversee the preparation and management of Branch Manager work schedules.
- Develop and implement action plans for optimizing food costs and labor controls.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety procedures and health/sanitation regulations; take corrective action when needed.
- Monitor and address daily policy violations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all branches comply with company operating policies and procedures.
- Evaluate branch performance periodically using company inspection forms; provide coaching and retraining to managers to achieve set goals and standards.
- Conduct performance management processes for subordinate staff.
- Implement and monitor procedures for cash handling, property management, product quality, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations; initiate corrective actions as necessary.
- Monitor maintenance requirements across branches to ensure alignment with company standards and procedures; report and follow up on preventive maintenance activities.
- Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
- Establish and maintain a system for regular communication of company objectives, updates, and area concerns with all management levels.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
Performance Requirements:- Full-time position; moderate travel required.

Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented restaurant environments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations, including financials, accounting, budgeting, communication, cognitive skills, and computer literacy.
- Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate teams towards a unified set of goals.
- Full responsibility for ensuring the consistent operation of multiple units, maintaining day-to-day efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to recruit, interview, and hire employees and managers to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
