Administrator Job Responsibilities: • Handle incoming / outgoing mails / correspondence. • Perform clerical support functions, to maintain neat, orderly, complete documents and project files. • Arrange for the prompt delivery of document required to be sent back to Head Office. • Answering whatapps in a courteous manner. • Assist to update data in system, tracking & monitor record as needed. • To provide administrative support to project management and project team as needed. Job Requirements: • Possess own transport. • Must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent. • Required skills: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin • Experienced or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply • Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt in a fast- paced environment. Salary: RM2000 to RM2400
