Essential Responsibilities • Perform onsite sampling & analysis at the refinery laboratory. • Provides troubleshooting, consultation and technical support to internally & externally. • Prepare reporting. • Providing troubleshooting and technical support to offshore production chemical application, field trial, and bottle testing. • Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures. • Working together with people from the business unit. • Standardizing project coordination with internal assembly and customers. • Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks with some latitude to deviate from those conditions. Qualifications/Requirements • Have a minimum of Diploma or Bachelors in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, or equivalent • Demonstrate good experience (at least 3 years of experience) in Downstream Chemicals Application Management experience. • Have direct experience in Oil & Gas industry. • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others • Have an in-depth knowledge of process optimization and production chemistry preferably in downstream process chemicals. • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems and providing resolutions • Demonstrate computer skills and be familiar with MS Office, PowerPoint and need to be able to understand client’s Production Software
