Full job description • Employee Records Management: • Maintain and update employee records • Ensure the accurate entry of employee information in HR management systems. • Manage employee contracts, job descriptions, and performance reviews. • Recruitment and Onboarding: • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. • Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth new hire orientation process. • Coordinate background checks and employee documentation. • Attendance and Leave Management: • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leaves, and time-off requests. • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labour laws regarding leaves. • Payroll Support: • Provide accurate attendance and leave data for payroll processing. • Assist with employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits. • HR Policies and Procedures: • Help implement and communicate HR policies and updates. • Ensure company compliance with local labour laws and internal regulations. • Employee Relations: • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries on HR matters. • Assist with conflict resolution and escalate issues to the HR Manager as needed. • Administrative Tasks: • Organise HR-related meetings, trainings, and events. • Manage HR-related correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data Priority in construction and property company.
