Maintenance Engineer (Jurutera Penyelenggaraan Industri)

1) To setup a systematic preventive maintenance routines on all equipment, including robots, conveyors, oven, etc. 2) To assist in developing tools and equipment for production such as painting jig, assembly table, and others. 3) To provide coaching and training to manufacturing staffs on critical handling of machines. 4) To perform emergency field repairs and trouble shooting of operation problems of machinery and equipment with on call basis. 5) To provide maintenance support to the plant operations in order to achieve minimum downtime and maximum production 6) To identify and ensure plant maintenance activities are carried out according to approved programs and regulatory requirement 7) To improve machines performance through data analyzing and preventive maintenance 8) To lead a group of technicians in performing the maintenance of supply system and machineries and to provide training to new technician that join the company. 9) To oversee the performance of all machineries specifically with regards to efficiency, productivity and spare parts 10) To ensure all documents pertaining robot conditions and machine maintenance schedule are well documented and updated at all times 11) To establish and maintain good safety and housekeeping practices among employees 12) To assist of the safety committee and enforce safety regulation in the company. To ensure the company safety standard meet the all regulatory agency requirement. Also to ensure the company operation meet environmental regulatory agency requirement, i.e. management of the schedule waste. 13) To promptly submit accurate weekly report to the Supervisory Team. 14) To perform other function and/or assignment as required by the management.
