Overall responsible for the academic performance, administration/ operational management of the International School. Oversee all staff and teachers, plan the academic calendar for the year and ensure delivery of good learning environment meeting the needs of students, staff and the expectations of parents. Responsibilities: • Provides leadership, setting the direction for achieving the International School and academic goals. Observing methods of teaching and monitoring the conduct and efficiency of the staff. • Manages the daily operations of the School which include supervising teachers and admin staff, budgeting, hiring and evaluating performance of staff. • Oversees the development/ implementation of the School's curriculum, ensuring it aligned with the School's goals and objectives. • Liaison between the school and the parents, students, and stakeholders about school programs, policies, and activities. • Maintains a safe learning environment, which includes enforcing the School’s policies and procedures, addressing disciplinary issues, and responding to crises or emergencies. Requirements: • Possess a Master's Degree in Education Administration/ Leadership or a relevant discipline. • 8-10 years of teaching experience, knowledge of student needs, teaching process and overall educational system. • Genuine interest in the well-being and safeguarding of all students and staff. • Ability to adapt to a variety of cultures.
