Requirement 1. Experience 1-2 year in doing tender is preferred 2. Knowledge in e Perolehan system will be extra advantage. 3. Knowledge in using computer/Microsoft office and database is an added advantage 4. Fresh graduates encourage to apply. 5. Certificate / Diploma / Degree in engineering or any field. Job descriptions: 1. Prepare and submit the pre-qualification package, bids and tenders to the client within the given timeframe. 2. Handle all the new client enquiries promptly, including the invitation to tender and request for quotation from the client. 3. Analyses and review the tender / contract requirements, obligations provisions, terms and conditions to ensure the compliance of the business to the relevant laws, regulations, corporate policies at all times. 4. Monitor the expiry of tender / contract to confront the client promptly in ensuring the sustainability of the business tenders. 5. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager
