1. Establish, Follow and Develop a significant portfolio of clients in specific geographical zones. 2. Prepare quotations for clients, detect their needs and formulate satisfying strategies in coordination with the Management. 3. Monitor and manage a full system of safety indoor and outdoor environments. 4. Coordinate with the advertising companies for advertisement, promotional items and marketing tools. 12. Handle vacations, attendance, performance and commissions of the team. 13. Reviewing daily and monthly stock reports and ensuring that loss analysis beyond approved limits is promptly carried out and explanations for variation given to CEO. 14. Prepare and provide quotation & product related documents (MSDS, SDS, TDS, PS, etc) to the customer. 15. Liaise with QA/QC on any customer complaint on the quality related issues. 16. Identify, manage and secure existing and new sales in order to continue and maintain a high level of sales achievement. 17. Maintain interface between Customer, Customer Service and Operation team in terms of the delivery management & demand fulfillment process. 18. To be pro-active in gathering strategic data, market and competitive information to further expand the company’s commitments and development of its interest. 19. To promote and expand of company's sales and customers network, attending to sales enquiries in a timely and accurate manner. 20. Study the LPG Terminal area and its facility namely the jetty to determine the marketing plans for the potential ISO tanks handling. 21. Work closely with Projects to ensure the Backflow project in proper alignment with marketing plans. 22. Developing, implementing and enforcing compliance and adherence to company policies requirements, procedures and systems, and statutory requirements at the terminal e.g. licensing and labor requirements. 23. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, SAP, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information 24. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using auto count software 25. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs). 26. To undertake ad hoc assignment as when assigned form time to time.
