ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our team at RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As a full-time Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, supporting the overall accounting and finance operations of the company. What you'll be doing Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management review Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, data entry, and other clerical duties What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in a similar industry Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and regulations What we offer At RAJ 4 PERFUME SDN BHD, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
