Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management. 2. Process and verify accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. 3. Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger. 4. Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of cash balances. 5. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 6. Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting tasks. 7. Help ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. 8. Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. 9. Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed. 10. Assist in preparing documents and information for audits. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2. Prior experience in finance or accounting (internships or entry-level positions are acceptable). 3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. 5. Familiarity with accounting software (e.g.,SQL/Autocount) is a plus. 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. 7. Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. 9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
