Responsibilities: 1. Attend and follow up on existing and new overseas enquiries. 2. To identify business/sales opportunity and promote company products and services. 3. Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities. 4. To work closely with Product Manager for company’s product matter. 5. To understand customers requirements and handle their feedback. 6. Prepare regular sales reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. 7. Prepare sales forecasts for management review 8. Attending trade exhibition, conferences and meetings. 9. Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship. 10. Provide support and assistance to Department Manager to ensure every sales order can be complete on time, project status follow-up with internal and external parties etc. 11. Prepare quotations pertaining to customers’ requirement. 12. Provide potential customers with relevant up to date products information and pricing. Requirements: 1. Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or related fields 2. Knowledge of export regulations may be an advantage 3. At least 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing or export related roles 4. Experience in dealing with overseas clients is highly preferred 5. Fluency in English both verbal and written as job requires to deal with customers internationally. 6.Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia 7. Familiarity with export documentation and procedures 8. Willing to travel internationally when required
