PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Description: 1. Supervised, plan and allocate worker for daily production. 2. Need to ensure production target are archived according to requirement (1000 pcs /day base on 8 hours of work). 3. Check production output according to specifications. 4. Follow up jobs(JO) as per production plan & schedule. 5. Monitor worker discipline during working hours. 6. Conduct training to worker and regular skill development to production team (train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures). 7. Carefully verifies corrections to problem and improvement plan to enhance productivity and reduce cost. 8. Submit reports on time regarding worker performance and progress. 9. Need to ensures equipment availability and starts-ups within required timeline to reduce production downtime. 10. To ensure stock are tally in term of quantity and location. 11. To ensure line leader and operators understand and follow the procedure of issuing and receiving. 12. To maintain workers job results by coaching, counseling and discipline employees, planning, monitoring and appraising jobs results. 13. To provide training as to improve the knowledge base on the staff utilize-cross training methods. 14. Tasks that specified in Quality Management System. 15. Perform any other task as assigned by superior. Job Requirements: 1. Education level: SPM and above. 2 Working Experience: minimum 4 years working experience in similar field/position. 3. Special Skill: Familiar with related product Independent, Analytic Mind, Ability to work under pressure and strong leadership qualities. 4. Special Knowledge: Auto parts. 5. Good Interpersonal Communication skills to deals with people at all level. 6. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am - 5.00pm
