Job Summary: We're in search of a proficient Marketing Executive to bolster our team and spearhead our marketing strategies. The perfect candidate should possess a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals, impeccable communication abilities, and adeptness in fostering and managing relationships with both new and existing customers. You will take charge of enhancing product awareness, overseeing data sampling initiatives, coordinating with customer communities and their companies, and liaising with local authorities (i.e. PDRM, local PBT and any other related agencies) to organize and ensure marketing campaigns and projects run effectively. Responsibilities: 1) Develop and implement regional market communication strategies for Indonesian in line with demand creation plan. 2) Support Internal communication activities to foster a cohesive and informed team environment and develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders, both internal and external for Indonesian, to ensure effective collaboration. 3) Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to onboard new customers and clients, including email campaigns, educational materials, tutorials, and other marketing collateral. 4) Collaborate with Business Development teams to understand customer needs and create targeted onboarding strategies that align with company objectives. 5) Create engaging content for onboarding materials, including blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media posts, to educate customers about our products/services and maximize their value. 6) Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline the onboarding process and deliver personalized experiences to customers at scale. 7) Monitor and analyse onboarding metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize the onboarding experience. 8) Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer onboarding and marketing automation to drive continuous improvement. 9) Assist in developing customer segmentation and targeting strategies to tailor onboarding experiences based on customer preferences and behaviour. 10) To achieve monthly/yearly KPI set forth by the company. Qualification: 1) Diploma or Degree in Marketing (Preferred), Business Administration, or related field. 2) Bilingual professional working proficiency in English and Indonesian 3) Strong presentation, written and verbal communication in Indonesian 4) Solid understanding of marketing landscape and demonstrated ability to adapt digital marketing tactics in response to Indonesian user. 5) Proven experience in marketing with a focus on customer onboarding plan and strategies 6) Experience in remittance and Fintech industry would be an added advantage. 7) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. 8) Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 9) Possessing an analytical mindset, the candidate should be adept at assessing onboarding performance metrics and leveraging data to inform strategic decisions. 10) Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as advertising platform (Google ads, Facebook ads and etc), content creation tools (Canva, Piktochart and etc), and demographic tools for targeting consumer behavioural and patterns in relation with business activities. 11) Indonesian Speaker.
