Job Overview This role is to support both Marco’s client companies’ HR and payroll operations in Malaysia/ Global. She/he will also be a key contributor to Marco Platform’s Malaysia/ Global payroll knowledge base. Roles & Responsibilities - Responsible for HR and payroll operations for the company’s Clients in Malaysia/ Global, including Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits & insurance, Employee data and document records, Expense policies and procedures, Country specific time off policies, Privacy/data protection, Offboarding. - Respond to customer inquiries via email, message, and call, covering topics such as overseas visa applications for employees, onboarding and offboarding processes, reimbursement procedures, and local employment policies aboard. - Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction with our solutions. - Provides mobility support, such as Work Visa application, for expat staff in Malaysia/ Global. - Adhere to global guidelines, comply with service processes, and improve service efficiency and convenience. Requirement - Diploma in accountancy, business administration or equivalent. - At least 3 years working experience in HR, payroll, or business administration. - Positive mindset, good organization skills, and attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal communication skills with management and staff and customer relations. - International working experience is a plus. - EXPERIENCE WITH ACCENTURE IS PREFERRED.
