Job Description In charge of new product development from the development stage to mass production, generating work instructions, process flow, and first article reports. Liaise with the customer to ensure that the FA process and sample submissions are approved. Create a test plan, schedule and execute mold improvements to reduce rejects and production costs, and keep track of trial model parameters, process, and analysis. Present the report by testing the mold, collecting samples, analyzing data, and summarizing the findings.
