• Lead and manage a team of integration engineers, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of complex integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms. • Architect and implement integration strategies using middleware platforms, ESBs, API Gateways, and messaging protocols (REST, SOAP, JMS, Kafka). • Oversee the development of reusable integration components, APIs, and connectors to ensure seamless communication between internal and external systems. • Manage and optimize the integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through testing and deployment, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, business analysts, IT operations) to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business goals and technical requirements. • Design and implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks to ensure system stability and effective issue resolution during integration processes. • Oversee the adoption of best practices in data transformation, ETL processes, and integration testing using tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica. • Ensure the security of integrations by implementing authentication mechanisms, OAuth, SAML, and encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest. • Conduct regular code reviews and mentor integration engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to development standards. • Manage version control, configuration management, and continuous integration processes for integration solutions using Git, Jenkins, and Docker. • Work with business stakeholders to define integration requirements, translating them into technical specifications and functional designs. • Stay updated with emerging integration technologies and frameworks, evaluating their potential for enhancing integration capabilities. • Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing integration teams. • Extensive experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or Apache Camel. • Proficiency in API design, RESTful services, SOAP, JSON, XML, and Web Services. • Strong experience with messaging protocols and enterprise integration patterns, including JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, and MQ. • Expertise in data transformation and ETL processes, including experience with tools like Talend, Informatica, or Pentaho. • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Strong understanding of security practices for data in transit and at rest, including OAuth, SAML, and API security principles. • Solid understanding of cloud integration strategies and services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience in agile development methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams, driving performance, and promoting collaboration. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively. • Certification in integration technologies or related areas (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, Dell Boomi Certification) is a plus.
