This position is responsible for generate sales revenue to the company from assigned list of clients and build their trust (virtual/ online mode). • Sales o Identify sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up. o To achieve sales target. o To plan and work towards achieving target. o To submit daily report to immediate manager on time. o To submit original sales order form to office. o To submit sales order book back to office once finished. • Marketing o To create brand awareness. o To utilize marketing materials provided by management. • Collection o To ensure customers pay overdue outstanding by 30 days. o To monitor customer’s payment pattern. o To keep track of payments received. o To submit all payment transaction proof, cheque or cash collected to company on time. o To submit official receipt book back to office once finished. • Customer Relationship o To solve any issues raised by customers as soon as possible. o Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions o Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers • Competitor Knowledge o To do competitor analysis. o To share market info with management team.
