Crewing / HR Assistant (Operation) 1. PIC on all crewing matters. Plan and execute crew plan according to Client’s instruction and company’s requirements. 2. To liaise with Operations section for crew mobilization. 3. Screening and verifying of crew qualifications, competency card and documentations validity pertaining to the recruitment of the vendor/clients and to apply offshore/onshore safety passport as per client’s system 4. Arrangement of logistics for crew’s transport/accommodation for mob & de-mob 5. Liaising with other sections on crew recruitment process, for example interviews, pre-joining induction, medical assessments. 6. Ensure crew database records is updated with the relevant and/or necessary details. 7. Maintaining and updating crew pool. 8. Handling of crew time sheet. 9. Support crewing operations in performing the schedules and planning of crew changes and follow-up with the relevant parties. 10. Ensure the crew are equipped with the relevant requirements (medical, competency certification & qualifications documents, uniforms, and the necessary PPE. 11. Assist on crew issues if any. 12.
