Buying Executive

Job Descriptions: Responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaning items maintenance ( Cost Price，Product Description, Barcode correctiveness, Selling price , and information needed in SAP system and Arms system ) Responsible for inputting, updating Promotion mechanism as Mailer, Event and In store Promotion format) Responsible for inputting, updating on Buying Income File on Month End monthly basis Responsible for updating the Sales and Marginreport needed by Buying manager and Senior Buying Manager for business purpose Responsible for updating the Scan Sales report to submit for Other Income purpose Responsible for inputting, updating for Price Survey Price List on Monthly Basis Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma OR bachelor’s degree in business studies / administration / management, marketing or equivalent. Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience. Possess with good attitude, communication, and negotiation skills. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written skills. A team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal & communication skills.
