Roles and Responsibilities: Support the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers WITHIN the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys. 2. Skills /Competencies: a. Essential Skills: • Create requirements specifications from the business needs / to-be-processes defined and define detailed functional/process/infrastructure/security design based on requirements. Seek reviews, make changes as required and present to the supervisor IN ORDER TO create a to-be process/function design document. Create the architecture and design document IN ORDER TO complete the solution design (For SETL, Design does not necessarily mean technical design) • Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline: Engineering Graduate b. Additional Skills: • Excellent customer interfacing skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
