Job Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or other related studies. • At least 2 years and above experience in the related field is required for this position. • Good understanding in Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act, and other related employment laws • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken • Must be matured, self-motivated, committed and able to prioritize in order to close all matters within areas of responsibility. • Good with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Have an experience in Industrial Relation. Job Descriptions • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions including recruitment and manpower planning, compensation & benefit. • Implement and coordinate HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. • Responsible for employee relation matters & preparations of all HR letters (disciplinary, attendance, grievance) with compliance to employment law. • Liaise with government statutory bodies for legal and administration requirements. • Handle day to day HR functions including staffing, employee welfare and attendance administration. • Maintain HR Records (Personal file, personal database, leave record, attendance tracking) of all employees in a proper and efficient manner. • Provide administration support on all HR functions such as attendance report analysis, training activities, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. • Handle employee queries on all HR related matters. • Any other tasks / projects assigned by the management or direct Manager
