Requirements : 1. Strong knowledge in Rigging and Skinning in Maya and Motionbuilder software. 2. Proactive in troubleshooting and problem-solving for the rigging. 3. Great understanding of rigging technical direction and requirements. 4. Open-minded in learning relevant software, pipeline and workflow. 5. High adaptability to a new workflow/projects in the shortest amount of time. 6. Extensive knowledge of using Unreal Engine. 7. Have 6 years of experience in scripting tools (Mel/Python/C++) with extensive knowledge in Maya. Responsibilities : 1. Create relevant rigging tools for new international and different projects. 2. Work closely with multiple departments to understand the art and technical department requirement. 3. Proactively communicate and share knowledge within the team for rigging team continuous improvement. 4. Understand, interpret and address feedback from the different department to improve production quality through iterative process.
