Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on company's services and products Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports Assisting sales team in all aspects of sales processes, documentations and administrative supports ( Ex:price quotation and generate offical price quotation Update and maintain customers’ equipment & service records To perform any other tasks/ responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time as deemed necessary Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers. Fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
